Building site status report

This is a new report which shows summary totals for all lots/ units within a building including:

1. Units with open accounts

2. Closed (vacant) units

3. Occupied units

These are shown for each product type.

Price change process New

Previously price change notices were sent from the Maintenance -> Letters, email and SMS menu.  This worked reasonably well but letters could only be generated for an entire building, not for customers on a single price plan.

We've introduced a new wizard for price change notices.  From the maintenance -> Pricing menu you now have a "Send Rate Change Notices" option.

1. First, add the new rates to the price plans using the "Price Change" option as per normal.
2. Then, go to the "Send Rate Change notices" option.
3. Pick the price plans you’d like to send rate change notices to.  Only price plans with future rate changes will appear in the pick list.
    

This will then generate price change notices for all customers on those price plans using the “price change notice” template.  The notices will appear in the email and posted mail dashboard screens.
 

Multi-select sub-meters

When linking or unlinking sub-meters to a parent/gate meter, this is now a multi-select so multiple submeters can be linked or unlinked at the same time.
