A new "linked customers" screen has been added to the Contact Details screen to allow users to see the customers a contact is related to. Postcards We can now print both A5 and Postcard-sized PDF documents. This is typically used where disconnection postcards replace disconnection letters. For our customers who are using Bingmail, they will print these on postcard-size card stock. Run scheduled tasks The most lengthy part of the invoicing process is producing PDF invoice documents. We've made an update to the printing process so that Utilmate users can now see how many invoices have been printed and how many remain to be printed when this process is running. Bulk send When bulk sending emails or letters, the list of customers you are sending it to can be restricted to certain customer types. Create Smoothpay Plan button has moved The Add Smoothpay Plan has moved from the Finance Screen to the Smoothpay screen. Add Notes without opening an activity You can now add an additional note to an existing activity without opening the activity. Create Payment Plan button has moved The Create Payment Plan has moved from the AR Transaction List screen to the Payment Plan screen.
