60-DAY FREE TRIAL

  • How does the free trial work?
    Your free trial will last 60 days. There's dummy data for you to play around with or you can upload your own data. We've designed the trial so that if you choose to subscribe to Utilmate, you haven't wasted any time and can start billing straight away.

    You'll have access to our Getting Started quick start video tutorials, which will teach you everything you need to know about using Utilmate. It covers off the basics such as setting up your company profile, adding price plans, importing your customers/sites and invoicing.
  • What features does the trial include?
    The 60-day free trial includes all Utilmate features. When you're ready to activate your account, you'll have the option to select which plan you want to use.
  • Do I need a credit card to sign up?
    Nope! You’ll only be asked for a credit or debit card if you choose to purchase a monthly subscription. You don’t need to enter any payment information to start your free 60-day trial.
  • What happens at the end of my trial?

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept on-line payments through Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Utilmate uses a very safe and popular payment gateway called Stripe to manage subscriptions behind the scenes. If you don't have a credit card, please contact our sales team.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade a subscription?

CANCELLATION

  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason — no questions asked. Depending on your contract, there is a notice period.
