Utilmate / Saturday, November 5, 2022 / Categories: Releases Release 1.5.6 Price changes and editing schedules We've made some improvements to editing price plan schedules and doing price changes: - When editing a price plan schedule, you can now only edit the description, and GL account. If you want to change the price, use the price change wizard. - When doing a price change, the existing dates and rates will default. If you update the rate and leave the date as is, it will update the existing rate (no pro-rating). If you update the rate and the date, it will add a new rate from that date (with pro-rating). Public holidays 2023 All 2023 public holidays for all countries and states have been loaded. Reporting schedules In your maintenance menu, you now have a reporting schedules menu item. This shows the scheduled reports you have set up. In upcoming releases, we will be adding the ability to add, edit and remove these reports.
