Change Smooth Pay Amount Wizards

Future and individual schedule payments can now be changed for a Smooth Pay Plan.

After a smooth pay has been setup and running, a user can change future scheduled amounts by selecting Edit SmoothPay Amount from SmoothPay Actions menu.  This displays a wizard to enter a new amount.

Individual scheduled payments can also be updated.  Both the amount and the payment date can be changed.  Select an individual payment from Payment Details and select Edit button to display the Edit Payment Details dialog.

Life Support Correspondence Schedule

For a life support registration, the associated correspondence schedule is displayed to the user in Utilmate.

For a Residential customer, the Life Support section displays the current status of a life support registration.  By selecting a row, the correspondence associated with registration is displayed below.  This shows the schedule of correspondence and if it has been printed and sent.

Report Totals

Report view has been updated to include column totals.  These have been setup for most reports.  If there is a report column that you would like to see totals for, please contact Utilmate Support.

Totals showing for All Data at bottom of report

MyAccount reCAPTCHA Challenge

The reCAPTCHA challenge has been added to public pages for payments and direct debit setup in MyAccount for Ezidebit customers.  This is to prevent malicious software from engaging in abusive activities on MyAccount website.

The reCAPTCHA that appears at the bottom of the page forces the user to click the "I'm not a robot" checkbox before the Pay Now button can complete the payment.

MyAccount Move In Progress Popup

A progress popup has been added to the end of the Move In process, to show that the Move In application is being processed and that the user should not move away from the page until it is completed.
