Release 1.2.7
Pricing maintenance screen NEW
Impact: low
We've had a range of feedback around our pricing maintenance screen over the last 12 months, which has resulted in a new pricing maintenance screen. We're running it in parallel to the existing one, so you can compare the two and become familiar with the capabilities of the new screen.
This screen allows pricing to be viewed in a more user-friendly way and introduces a range of new capability including:
- - Duplicating an existing price plan (rather than creating one from scratch)
- - Adding price plan schedules to an existing price plan
- - Editing existing schedules
Please let us know any feedback on this new screen.

Work orders
Impact: low
We now have a new work order screen available to manage work orders being sent to external field contractors/staff. This is useful for managing events such as special reads, reconnections, disconnections or provisioning. A user can simply add a work order to an account which results in an HTML email being sent or interface file (XML or CSV) being produced. When the work order is completed, it can be closed (or cancelled) in the Work Order management screen as shown.
We will also be adding API’s to manage work orders.
These screens are off by default, and if you’d like them enabled and configured (with your work order types, fields staff etc), please raise a support ticket.

MyAccount user sign in
Impact: low
We've received feedback that users often get calls from customers asking a question about what they are seeing in the MyAccount portal. However, the user hasn't been able to log in and see what the customer is seeing. As a result, we've added a MyAccount button to the contacts screen. Clicking on this button will take you to the MyAccount portal and automatically log you in as that customer.

Hardship screen and report (AUS only)
Impact: low
Managing, monitoring and reporting on hardship customers is an important requirement for all utilities. We've created a new hardship screen for all Australian clients to allow users to view and manage hardship customers.
- - Users can change a customer to a hardship customer by updating the credit control status OR using the “Entry” button.
- - For customers in hardship, users can now capture entry reasons, dates, amounts and exit and exclusion reasons.
- - Users can change a hardship customer to a non-hardship customer by updating the credit control status OR using the "Edit/Exit" button.
View Managing Hardship status in the User Guide.

The Customer Hardship report allows you to report on all your hardship customers.

Report categories
Impact: low
Over time, our report list has been getting longer and longer. As a result, we've introduced report categories to organise the reports menu.

Tele call record report
Impact: low
A new report has been created to allow users to view call records for a telco account.

Site classification code
Impact: low
This is an existing field which is now available on the site screen. It is used in some reporting and is a useful way of classifying a site as a residential or business site.
