Impact: low

Users have requested the ability to move wizards around the screen so that useful information (phone numbers/balances etc) normally hidden behind the wizard, can be viewed.  Users can now hold down the mouse button to drag a wizard around the screen.

Based on feedback, we've added three additional fields to the customer summary bar:

• - Bond amount
• - Invoice Delivery Method
• - Letter Delivery Method

To date, a user has been able to re-send previously emailed invoices, but could not email a previously posted invoice to a customer.  We've now added a button to the Accounts Receivable screen to allow any previously posted or emailed invoices to be emailed to a customer.

Multiple invoices can be selected in this picklist and all will be attached to the email.

Impact: high

Currently, a direct debit export file is produced each day, even if no customer direct debits need to occur.  This has been changed so that a file will now only be produced if there are direct debits that are required.

Impact: low

This step in the move in and move out wizards has been updated so that all charges are entered as GST inclusive.  Previously, GST exclusive charges were entered which caused some confusion as it was inconsistent with the charges screen.
 

Impact: low

A meter notes field have been added to the meter screen.  This field can be used to capture notes specific to the meter and are often used when doing a replacement for a faulty meter.

 

 

Estimate AM Reads Report

Impact: low

Estimate AM Reads is a new report has been added to the Reports menu.  This report shows all estimated AM data received between a select date range where the quality method does not equal “A”.

A new option has been added to the help menu in Utilmate to allow users to raise support tickets from the CRM.

Audit - Print is a new report has been added to allow users to review all invoices and correspondence that has been printed.
