Standardise hot and cold meter types
To date, our hot and cold water meters type have had a range of codes and descriptions – HWATER, HOT, HOTW, COLDW, CWATER etc and has caused confusion and complexity. We have simplified all hot and cold water meter types to either HOT or COLD.
Invoicing small amounts
We have always had a system setting to allow a $0 invoice to be produced or not. However, if an invoice is generated for a very small amount eg $0.05 it would get generated. An invoice for a very small amount is often not worth the effort, cost and time to produce and inconvenient for a customer to pay.
We have updated this existing system setting so it can be set as a monetary amount. So, if you want to suppress all invoices being generated below $1.50, it will update it to $1.50.
By default this is set a 0, so all invoices great than $0 will continue to be generated. Please raise a support ticket if you would like this setting increased.
Note: This only impacts bulk invoice runs. Instant invoices for $0, or a very small amount will continue to be generated.
Import price changes
With price change season nearly upon us, we have again made this process more efficient and easy to manage. We have created an "Import Price Changes" interface as part of this process and updated our knowledgebase articles explaining this process in a simple step-by-step guide.

Better Bills changes
All "back end" changes required for Better Bills are being released. This will have no impact on existing invoicing but means we can produce your Better Bills invoice examples and that we're ready to go when we need to liven it.
The only minor change you may see is for those with existing best offer messaging. It will change as shown:
