Recording family harm customers

There are some regulatory requirements from the AEMC about how energy retailers manage family harm customers. Take a look at the Compliance  Quarter article Family Violence obligations in NECF States.

To allow family harm customers to be easily identified, if "family harm" is entered into the alerts, this is also shown next to the customer name in red.

Imported meter reads

When an imported read is flagged as "too high" or "too low" it takes time to go to the services screen to see their previous read to compare.  The "previous read date" and "previous read" have been added to the import meter reads dashboard screen to make comparing imported reads to historical reads easier.
