Better and best offer messaging (AUS only)

All Best Offer (VIC) and Better Offer (other states) messaging will be updated to current regulatory-required messaging.  For full information about this messaging and how it works, please refer to our Knowledge Base article.

Best Offer (VIC):

Positive message
Based on your past usage, you are on the best plan we can offer you. To compare other available plans, visit the Government website Victorian Energy Compare: www.compare.energy.vic.gov.au. The Australian Energy Regulator requires us to include this information.

Negative message
Based on your past usage, the {{best_offer_plan}} plan may cost you up to ${{best_offer_save}} inclusive of GST less per year than your current plan. To switch plans, call us on <freephone_number>. Invoices by product type (AUS only)

A system change has been made so, that if a client is on the better bills invoicing standard, and a customer has multiple products (eg power, water, gas etc), then instead of one invoice being produced as it currently does, separate invoices will be produced for each product.

The email that is generated will have both invoices attached to it.

If the customer receives invoices by post, a cover letter will be produced explaining their overall balance.

MyAccount life support flag

A check box can now be added to the MyAccount move-out process to allow customers another opportunity to indicate if they have any life support requirements at the time of move-out.
