As a result of this, we've now added the ability to preview both invoices when doing invoice previews. Distribution loss factor (NZ only) Distribution Loss Factor (DLF) is an important piece of information, required for various industry compliance reports. For all New Zealand clients, these fields will now appear on the site screen. Audit – invoice report The Audit – Invoice Report now has a column to show whether the invoice had a "Best Offer" or "not Best Offer" message on it. Customer Tax Rate For most customers in most jurisdictions, the tax rate is a system-wide setting and rate. However, in some jurisdictions and situations, customers are on different tax rates or tax exempt. We now show the customer's tax rate on the Residential -> Invoicing screen.
