You can now choose the adjustment reason from a drop-down menu and update all fields (except the adjustment reason code). Note: The Edit Adjustment Reason wizard will not allow you to edit the adjustment multiplier if the adjustment has already been applied to a customer. Concession Card Creation Date added to Onboarding Report The concession card creation date column indicates that during the MyAccount move-in process, a customer who has answer "yes" to being a concession card holder has ticked the "I have read the terms and conditions" checkbox on the form. Download Customer Activity Notes On the Customer Details screen, a Get Customer Notes button has been added where you can see a report of all activity notes related to the customer. You can also export the customer activity notes into an Excel file.
