Sendbulk correspondence for account list

The Letters, Emails, and SMS Bulk Send functionality has been enhanced to allow users to send correspondence directly to a list of account numbers. Previously, correspondence could only be sent at the building level or by requesting Utilmate Support to perform a bulk send on the user’s behalf.

Users can now enter account numbers as a delimited list using spaces, commas, or line breaks. All account numbers are validated, and if any issues occur during correspondence generation, users will receive detailed information about the results, including which accounts did not receive the correspondence.

Activity Summary on Dashboard

The My Activities dashboard panel has been replaced with Activities Summary. Previously, My Activities displayed all activities assigned to a user and their departments, which often resulted in large volumes of data and poor Dashboard performance for some users. The new Activities Summary panel provides a streamlined view by showing a count of open activities per user/department and activity type.

Aged Debtor Customer Detail Report enhancement

The Unit No column has been added to the Aged Debtor Customer Detail Report.

Removed Important Notice from email subject (Australia only)

Many email domains used by customers in Australia are rejecting email subject lines containing the text “Important Notice” due to spam filtering. As a result, the phrase “Important Notice” has been removed from all emails sent from Utilmate.

Reset Property Manager password

Users of the Property Manager Portal now have the ability to reset their password if they have forgotten it or need to change it.

Introduction of the Utilmate Assistant

We have added the Utilmate Assistant, now accessible from the bottom-right corner of the Utilmate interface. This chatbot is available 24/7 to provide guidance and support whenever users encounter difficulties or are uncertain about how to proceed. This enhancement is designed to improve user experience by offering immediate assistance at any time.
