Price plan timing profiles
Price plans now support the assignment of multiple timing profiles. Improvements have been made to the UI for adding/editing and removing assigned timing profiles.

Cancelled accounts in search screen
When searching by site for all customers in that site, cancelled accounts will now appear in the search screen.
