CRM GoCardless report updates
The report has been updated with the following changes:
- The following columns have been removed: Dishonour Type, Receipt Number, and Payment ID
- The following new columns have been added: Payment Method, Payment Method Source, Payment Fee, Payment Reference, and Settlement Date (Payout)
Accessibility added to MyAccount move-in form
Added descriptive ARIA labels to the MyAccount Move In form controls to enhance screen reader compatibility and ensure the interface meets accessibility standards.
Display negative receipt amounts in ATB report
ATB movements will now display receipts as negative values instead of positive ones, making calculations clearer when reviewing a single customer’s report.
Work orders abandoned status
A new Abandoned status has been added to work orders, providing a clearer distinction when a job cannot be completed due to issues encountered on-site.
Centrelink concession card validation consent (Australia only)
Updates to concession card and move-in flows in MyAccount and CRM now support capturing and storing customer consent for concession card details to be validated with Centrelink (CCeS). When customers or CRM users add or edit a concession card, the consent choice is recorded against the card.
- Consent text and validation checkbox are displayed to the customer when using the MyAccount move-in form.
- The consent validation checkbox and accompanying text are now displayed to CRM users, enabling them to clearly read the consent statement to customers during phone interactions.
The card’s validation status is updated to reflect the customer's choice
- No consent, "Unable to validate" card with Centrelink
- Consent provided, "Requested Validation" with Centrelink
This only applies to customers who bulk validate with Centrelink. If you want this feature enabled, log a support ticket.
Concession card and life support maintenance screens (Australia only)
Concession cards now manage the setup and ongoing maintenance of Life Support machines and equipment. Customers can also be configured with multiple Life Support devices.
