OneDrive / Google Drive letter storage ceased
The storage of your post (letter pdf) correspondence on your OneDrive or Google Drive ceases today, per our system notification on 24 April.
Invoices will continue to be stored in your Drive as normal.
If you have any concerns or questions, please contact our support team.
Your post correspondence will continue to be stored against each customer, in the Documents screen, along with emails. Not familiar with Documents or how to print your letters that need posting? Take a look at our Knowledge Base article.
