Acquiring a new customer should be a happy moment, right? Because it means that your new customer has put their trust in your company.  As we talk with service providers like yourself, it's clear that what the regulators expect you to disclose to a new customer, and what your new customer wants to know, is confusing and unclear.

The good news is that miscommunication during this beginning part of your new customer onboarding process is completely avoidable. A welcome pack is a fantastic way to introduce new customers to your business.
