Release 1.3.3
Hardship status now red
Impact: Low
If a customer is on HARDSHIP, this will now show in RED in the summary bar.

Editing scheduled tasks
Impact: Low
Each Schedule Task has one or more steps involved which is shown by clicking on the details button.
This has been enhanced so a number of value are now editable. This is mostly useful and common if the “end date” on a transaction run needs to change.

DW and DB extract reports
Impact: Low
These are scheduled reports that are produced in your reports folder each Sunday. Site classification code has been added to both.

New Add-ons screen
Impact: Low
Our add-on screen has been updated as shown. You will notice a Zendesk option, which will be available to all soon (it is in Beta with a client at the moment). If you would like to start using any of the other add-on’s, just click on connect, or if you have questions, ask us.

Unbilled transaction dashboard item
Impact: Low
Our clients generally manage their billing runs in one of two ways:
- - Those with larger customer bases or larger end-of-month billing runs use billing exceptions to review the odd-looking transactions.
- - Those with more frequent billing runs or small customer bases, just use the transaction reports to review before invoices.
For those not using billing exceptions, we’ve added an “Unbilled Transactions” dashboard item. This is the same set of information as you can see in your transaction reports, just in a more convenient location and place to review.

Add billing group
Impact: Low
We’ve added the “Billing Group Name” field to the Invoicing screen. A billing group allows customers to be presented to the billing group in a statement/spreadsheet format and invoices to be grouped together in a folder when produced. Please ask if you’d like to know more about billing groups or statements.

Adjustments and charges maintenance screen
Impact: Low
We’ve got more and more clients connecting Utilmate to Xero. As part of this, each price plan schedule, charge and adjustment needs to be linked to a GL code. We’ve added the GL codes to the Charges and Adjustments Maintenance screens so users can see the GL codes each Charge or Adjustment Code is linked to
