Unbilled sites report
Impact: Low
A new filter has been added to this report. Normally this report will look at the “billed to date” for the account. That is, the last meter reading date has been billed.
If “Use Invoice date” is selected this will instead look at the last invoice date for the account.
Meters screen
Impact: Low
A new section has been added to the meter's screen. This will hold:
- - The name of the meter reader for the meter (from a picklist). Please provide a list of meter readers if you'd like this field bulk populated.
- - The meter sequence. That is, when the meter reader reads the meter where does it sit in the reading sequence.
- - The meter location is a pick list to show where the meter is located.
These changes allow the meter read sequence dashboard screen to have more useful information.
The meter import interface will accept meter_reader_code as a column to import this information.
Upcoming direct debits report
Impact: Low
This report currently masks both bank account and credit card numbers. We have turned this into a system setting you if you would like to see the bank account or credit card numbers (for those that don’t use third-party payment gateways like Ezidebit or Stripe) you can now see them.
Please raise a support ticket if you'd like to see bank account and credit card numbers in this report.
