Forgot my password
Impact: Low
To date, if a user has forgotten their password, or gets locked out due to too many attempts using a wrong password, they must ask an administrator to reset their password. The login screen has been enhanced so that a user can reset their password themselves. Strong passwords will be enforced upon a password being reset.
Goodbye old dashboard
Impact: Medium
With most users now enjoying the benefits and features of the new dashboard, it's time to retire the old one. When you log in you will be taken straight to the new dashboard.

Up to now, life support have been recorded as a tick box on the Account screen. However, this doesn’t allow the required level of information to be captured. As a result, a new Life Support screen has been created. From this screen users can:
- - Register a customer as a life support customer including the application status, machine type, as part of the life support requirements relate to.
- - De-register a life support customer including the de-registration reason.
- - Report on the customer using the Customer Life Support report.
For all customers with life support details recorded, an alert is displayed upon entering the customer and a big red life support flag added to the customer overview bar.

Posted mail notifications screen

Earlier this year we integrated Utilmate with Bing Mail, a popular mail house in Australia. For our Australian customers who have chosen to use Bingmail to print and post their posted mail, we have now added a screen to allow you to track documents posted through Bingmail and also re-send posted mail.
Clear unbilled transactions
Impact: Low
We received feedback that there are occasions where unbilled transaction needs to be removed. We've added a button "Clear unbilled Transactions" as shown. This will delete any unbilled transaction from the
account.

The Bank Account Name field has been added to the Finance screen. This is intended to capture the name of the bank account holder eg J BLOGGS
