Release 1.1.13
Estimated read flag
Impact: low
The estimated read flag was previously only visible if a user clicked on the edit button. This field is now also visible on the Basic Reads screen.

Email and SMS management screens
Impact: low
On the new and undelivered email messages and the new and undelivered SMS messages screens we have made the account number click-able and also moved the current balance and email amount form the last columns to a more prominent location.
On the new and undelivered SMS messages screen we have re-labels the buttons to align them to the emails screen and make it clearer what each one does:
- Resolve is now Do not send – this does not send any selected SMS messages and removes it from your screen.
- Approval is now Send – this will send any selected SMS.
- Resend – this resends any SMS messages that were not delivered. Useful if you’ve just updated the phone number.
- Request Status – This will check to see if an SMS sitting at submitted or queued has been delivered.

Adding and editing charges (GST)
Impact: low
To date, when entering charge items, the amounts entered have always been GST exclusive amounts (if GST was applicable). We've had feedback that this was confusing for users and hard to always calculate ie $10, back to the GST exclusive amount. As such, we’ve made the following changes.
- In the charges screen, we now show the amount, Tax and Total (incl GST).
- When adding and charge, the default amount incl GST will be displayed in the drop-down list of charge types.
- When adding a charge, users only need to enter the GST inclusive amount. Utilmate will calculate the GST component (if applicable).
- When editing an existing charge, users only need to enter the GST inclusive amount. Utilmate will re-calculate the GST component (if applicable).

Adding adjustments (GST)
Impact: low
Some adjustment reasons include GST (eg billing adjustments) and some do not (eg dishonoured payments). To date, when adding adjustments to an account, it wasn’t shown if the adjustment reason included GST or was exempt. As such we’ve added “No GST” to the adjustments that don’t attract GST in the drop-down list as shown.
Adjustment maintenance
Impact: low
You can now view a list of all adjustment reasons in Utilmate and see if they’re a debit or credit, if they are taxable if a user can select them and any GL codes they are linked to. In upcoming releases, we’ll include add, edit and delete buttons to this maintenance screen.
