Google Drive syncing update

We've monitored performance on Friday and while it was better, we still had some instances where interface files were taking an unacceptable amount of time to download from Google Drive to our application server. On Friday and over the weekend, we’ve worked on a file upload button and process within the CRM. This button will allow you to upload import files into Utilmate instantly (no waiting for the sync to occur) and then run the scheduled task to process it. Any files imported will still be stored in Google Drive, as they currently are. This will be a better solution for file upload than the current process.
We were hoping to get this in for start of business Monday 11 November, but it required further testing before we are able to do so. We anticipate this being released overnight (Tuesday 12 November).
Google Drive upload performance and operations are running as per normal. If you’re waiting on a receipt or meter read import file to sync, drop us an email and we’ll push it through for you.

New process to import a file
- Click Import file

- Drag your file in or click on the red button to choose your file
- Click upload and the file will be instantly uploaded ready for processing
