Meter read report NEW

Impact: low

A new report has been created and is available in your reports menu in the CRM.  This report shows you all basic (not advanced) meter reads received within the selected date range.

Quick search

Impact: low

Sales customer numbers are internal customer numbers not generated by Utilmate.  For users who use “sales customer numbers” you can now enter (or paste) these into the quick search fields shown to search based on sales customer number, in addition to an account number.​
 

Email in customer summary

Impact: low

The customer email address has been added to the customer summary, next to the customer phone numbers.
 

Activity summary report

Impact: low

Network Node (site) has been added as a filter to the activity summary report.
 

Concession card report NEW

Impact: low

We have always had a concessions report in Utilmate showing you the details of concessions transactions.  We've now added a concessions card report showing you the details of all concession cards held in Utilmate.

Help from within CRM

Impact: low

You can access our new Knowledge Base from within the CRM.  Just click on the “?” icon.
