Utilmate / Monday, March 27, 2023 / Categories: Releases Release 1.6.4 Multi invoice reversals A change has been made so that if multiple invoices require reversing, instead of having to do them one-by-one, you can now select the invoice you would like to reverse back to. All invoices back to the selected invoice will be selected. Delete price plan schedules Users often use the "duplicate price plan" wizard to create new price plans based on a similar existing one. However, after doing so, are sometimes left with schedules not required. We've added a button to allow users to delete price plan schedules. This can only be done if the schedule has not been used in any billing. Account contracts Although residential accounts usually do not have any contract terms, commercial accounts often do. We've added a button to allow users to manage account contract. The "edit contract" button allows users to add and edit contract terms for an account. Note: By default, all accounts are on an open contract term and can be controlled based on their offering. Offering terms and conditions We have added the offering terms and condition field as shown. The text entered here will be used as part of the Better Bills changes (for those in Australia) in the plan summary section on the invoice. Add move-in charge In our last release, we updated this wizard so users can add a new customer and do a move-in within the one wizard.
