New and undelivered posted mail The "Attachments" column has been added to the New and undelivered posted mail dashboard screen. This displays any PDF attachments that are sent to Bingmail along with the letter, typically additional attachments with welcome letters. Close building wizard This wizard is used when an entire building is lost. An additional option has been added, "suspend treatments." This will suspend all future treatment action on customers in the lost building, even if there is an overdue balance. Payment plan report The customer's current, 30, 60, 90 and 90+ accounting balances have been added to the payment plan report.
