Utilmate / Monday, July 17, 2023 / Categories: Releases Release 1.7.0 MyAccount move in form email verification During the MyAccount move in process, an email with a verification code will be sent to the entered email address. The customer will need to enter the verification code into the pop-up dialogue before they can complete their sign-up. This will reduce issues associated with incorrect email addresses or failed deliveries to the email addresses. By default, the move-in process does not require email verification. If you would like to opt-in to this feature, please log a support ticket. Deleted activities Activities that have been deleted (marked as inactive) have been removed from Activity Summary report. Correspondence on holidays Utilmate system can now be configured to not send correspondence to customers on state-specific public holidays. Move in/move out activities A list of site identifiers has been added to the customer activities generated during the move-in and move-out processes Australia network reference pricing updated Australian VDO/DMO network reference pricing for 2023/24 has been updated in Utilmate.
