Utilmate / Monday, July 31, 2023 / Categories: Releases Release 1.7.1 Xero -> export invoice For clients who are connected to Xero, and who Utilmate exports invoices to Xero, we are now including adjustments as transaction lines in the Xero invoices. Previously, adjustments were not being exported to Xero. Dashboard -> charge, receipt and adjustments approval The Sales Cust number has been added to this dashboard screen. Audit – print report The postal address has been added to the Audit – print report Aged debtor customer detail report The email address has been added to the aged debtor customer detail report to make contacting customers easier. Invoice extension restriction Previously an invoice extension could be unlimited in length of time. A system setting has now been put in place so that the length of an invoice extension can be limited. By default, this is set to 7 days.
