Work order report
For those that use the Utilmate Work Orders functionality, a new report has been created. The Work Order Report is available in your reports menu and shows all work orders raised between the selected date range.
Concession card report
The Concession card holder's name has been added to the concession card report.
MyAccount email verification
In a recent release, we enabled email address verification as part of the MyAccount move in process. For those that have this enabled, it will now also be done in if an existing customer updates their email address in the MyAccount portal.
MyAccount move in process – same-day connections
In the MyAccount move in process we have always had text explaining to customers the potential charges if they are doing a same-day connection. However, this was often missed by customers. We now have a setting to enable a check box, which will show and must be checked in the event of a same-day connection. This way, the customer must acknowledge the charges before proceeding.

Activity screen filtering
We have received user feedback and requests around some improvements to the activities management screen. These included both filtering and the information being displayed. In this release we have added an advanced filter to allow users the ability to filter open activities by:

- - Type
- - Priority
- - Assignees

Life support de-registration
When de-registering a customer for life support, and if there are other customers in their building with life support requirements, the success message will inform the user of this.
