Release 2024.08.2

Bulk Customer Update Interface

The import bulk customer update interface has been updated to support updating offerings and price plans. The columns have been reconfigured, please refer to the Knowledge Base article for more information

Hardship/Payment Plans

If a customer enters hardship or starts a new payment plan, any existing late payment fees that have not been invoiced will be automatically unapproved.   This stops late payment fees appearing on their next invoice unless approved first.

Auto Switch Payment Method on  Smoothpay Expiry

When a customer's Smoothpay plan expires, Utilmate will change their payment method to manual (cheque) to prevent them from being automatically Direct Debited for their full balance.

Xero Integration for Multiple Organisations

Utilmate now supports connecting to multiple Xero organisations. Buildings can be assigned to individual Xero organisations. For instructions on connecting multiple Xero organisations, please refer Xero - Getting Started Knowledge Base article.

Global Setting for Auto-Occupier Creation

A new global setting has been added for auto-occupier creation. If you have been using auto-occupier creation, the auto_occ_consumption tag is no longer required against individual buildings. Please contact Utilmate Support if you wish to configure/reconfigure this setting.
