Duplicate Price Plans' Start Date

The Duplicate Price Plan wizard now allows you to specify a start date for the new price plan. When duplicating a price plan, the price plan rates copied will start from the selected date, and any rate changes after the selected date will also be copied across.

The Smoothpay Plan report has been fully reviewed and updated. We have removed a number of columns that were no longer needed and added a "estimated spend in period" column for Smoothpay customers to assist in balancing payments.
