Default network timing profiles
The latest network updates to their timing profiles can now be loaded into Utilmate upon request.
Ratio billing can now be applied for a fixed charge on a price plan and divided up amongst customers in a building based on their square meterage/square footage:
Add bond column to ATB report - future only
The customer's bond at the end of a month will now be added to the end-of-month ATB report for future reporting (it will not be available retrospectively).
Allow generation of charge-only invoices
Generation of charge-only invoices (without any usage transactions) can now be enabled for bulk billing runs, as opposed to just instant invoicing. If you want this setting to be turned on, please raise a support ticket.
Bingmail auto-sending
The process of sending correspondence via Bingmail has been updated. Manually approved correspondence on the Undelivered Bingmail dashboard won't be sent to Bingmail straight away, but instead there is a timer which runs every 30 minutes and will send the correspondence you have manually approved.
You can set a flag in the system where it will automatically retrieve and send any correspondence to Bingmail to be posted without manual approval. However, you can also choose hybrid options if you still want to manually approve some types of correspondence.
The 4 option flags are:
- Auto-send all correspondence automatically.
- Auto-send all correspondence automatically except treatments and invoices.
- Auto-send all correspondence automatically except treatments, invoices and disconnection notices.
- Don't auto-send any correspondence unless it has been manually approved.
