Preview emails and letter before they are generated

Users have always been able to generate one-off emails and letters for customers. We've made improvements to this wizard so that users can preview emails and letters before they are generated. The changes are:

1. The button for generating emails and letters has moved to the Document screen.

2. The first screen of this wizard remains the same and allows the user to send a letter from a pre-configured template, resend an email that was previously sent to the customer or write an ad-hoc email to the customer.

3. When sending a letter from a preconfigured template or writing an ad-hoc email, the user will now be able to preview both the email and the letter using the preview email and preview letter buttons. The "preview email" button will only be available for customers with a delivery preference of email.

4. When pressing "Submit" to generate the email or letter, Utilmate will perform validation tasks to ensure all merge fields are available. For example, if you’re trying to send a welcome pack to a customer, but the customer does not have a price plan, an error message will inform the user that there is missing information required for this template.
