Billed Reads - Allow Editing of Non-billing details
For billed reads, users are able to edit the read type, estimate flag and audit reference. Users will not be allowed to change the read date, meter read or add factor.
Cancellation of Payment Plan When Account in credit
When a customer has a credit balance, any active payment plans for the customer will be cancelled.
Cancelling an Account Move In
When cancelling an account move in any automatically added move in charges will also be removed. Note, this does not include any move in charges added manually.
Australian Concession Rates Calculation
The number of days in the year has changed from 366 to 365. The annual rate for Queensland did not change, but the daily concession rates for Queensland have been updated accordingly. The update applies from 01/07/2024 for both POWER and GAS. (QLDCONCDAY/QLDCONCGAS).
Australian National Compliance Reporting
The addition of new VIC compliance references AS120a/b and AS121a/b for POWER/GAS/WATER arrears, reporting monthly and quarterly. Please refer to our Knowledge Base article.
