Sensitive information will be removed after 90 days

After the customer has closed their account and the balance is $0, the following information will be deleted from the system

• Date of birth
• Payment details and payment method changed to manual
• Identification information
• Phone numbers

The price plans, products and pricing displayed to customers in MyAccount and during the Move In process is restricted to those that have been flagged as "Generally available".  The Generally available flag can be set in the Building maintenance screen under the "Building Price Plans" section.

For Australia customers, the column "Include in Best Offer calculations" has been renamed to "Generally available".
