Release 2025.02.2
Dishonoured fees not charged for CLOSED Accounts
When a customer account is closed and the direct payment has been dishonoured, the account will not have a dishonoured fee automatically generated.
Previously unbilled usage will appear as separate transaction lines on invoice
For Time-of-use sites, if an account had a delay in receiving reads for a date range that had already been billed, previously these transactions would be grouped together into a single usage transaction with the current bill period charges.
For example, the following site has usage charges displayed from 9th Jan to 15th Feb. The site has been billed to the 31 Feb. There are charges on the 9th Feb prior to the billed to date that have not been billed.

Any late reads that are prior to the previously billed to date for an account will now be split into a separate transaction line when generating charges for the current bill period:
- A previously unbilled transaction period for 9th Jan to 9th Jan
- A current billing period transaction for 1st Feb to 15th Feb

The wording of "Previously Unbilled" line item label can be changed by sending a support request.
