Updated phone number field format 

Previously, phone numbers were captured using two separate fields: STD code and phone number. These have now been combined into a single phone number field to simplify data entry and improve consistency.

From now on, when entering phone numbers through Utilmate or the MyAccount portal, there will be only one phone number field. Users should enter the full number, including area code, in the new format.

Editing or deleting manually scheduled Direct Debits

A new wizard has been introduced to enable users to manually edit or delete scheduled Direct Debits directly within the system. This enhancement provides greater flexibility and control over payment schedules. Improved visibility of automatic Direct Debit retries

In a previous release, we introduced the ability to automatically retry dishonoured Direct Debits. However, these retries were not visible within the Utilmate CRM.

We've now made an improvement:
Upcoming retry attempts will be displayed as scheduled receipts on the Accounts Receivable (AR) Transaction screen.

This enhancement provides better visibility of upcoming Direct Debit retries and allows users to cancel or reschedule them if needed.
