Fix for recurring charges
An issue where recurring charges were not generating correctly when transaction generation was run for a single account has now been fixed.
Low balance treatment notices
A fix has been put in place to ensure that $0 reminder notices are not generated and sent to customers who paid on the same day that the notice was generated. (Note: This check was already in place for individual customers, but this is now a global fix).
Bank account and Credit Card details non-editable
The Bank account and Credit Card details have been made non-editable for clients who have integration with 3rd party payment providers. If you need these fields to remain editable, please raise a support ticket.
Payment Plan Types
For our Australian users, to align our terminology with that of the AER, our payments plans types have been renamed as follows:
- Payment Plan becomes Standard assistance payment plan
- Payment Plus Plan becomes Tailored assistance payment plan
We have also added a Revised tailored assistance payment plan type. Their intended use remains the same:
- - A standard assistance payment plan assists customers to avoid getting into arrears by offering regular payments based on their affordability
- - A tailored assistance payment plan assists customers who are in arrears to pay for their ongoing energy use and repay their arrears
- - A revised tailored assistance payment plan assists customers who have already broken a payment plan and are still in arrears
