Removed AM reads
Removed AM reads (from the remove AM reads) previously would display as raw data on the AM Usage graph. These will now have their own separate category for Removed reads.
Unbilled transaction reasons
A new column called Unbilled reason has been added to the Excel export for unbilled transactions. This will outline some common reasons why accounts have not generated transactions.
Load 2026 public holidays
Public holidays for 2026 have been loaded into Utilmate.
Stripe payments report
We have recently made some changes to the way we process data from Stripe payment integration to try and make reconciliation between Stripe and Utilmate easier. As a result, the Stripe Payments report has had changes made to the columns provided, and the new report will only contain receipt information for July 2025 onwards. If you need us to backdate Stripe information earlier than July 2025 in this report, please raise a support ticket.
Concession screen
The 'Medi Energy Rebate' flag has been added to the Concession screen. This flag is applicable to NSW, and the customer has a concession card type for 'Medical Energy Rebate ONLY.'
MyAccount concession cards (Australia only)
Users can now view and add concession cards in the MyAccount portal. If you would like to switch this feature on for your customers, please raise a support ticket.
