Building Maintenance Improvements
Previously, editing a building's attributes required submitting raw XML, which was not user-friendly. This process has now been significantly improved. Users can now manage attributes through a selectable list of attribute types and values, which can be easily added or removed as needed.
When creating a new building, a default set of attribute types is automatically assigned. These defaults can be reviewed and adjusted later during the editing process.
Xero process refunds
We've expanded the Xero integration to improve transaction coverage:
- - Now importing customer refunds: Bank transactions where a customer has received a refund are now downloaded from Xero.
- - Refunds appear as adjustments in Utilmate, making them easy to track and reconcile.
- - Previously, only payment receipts were imported from Xero.
This enhancement ensures a more complete and accurate financial picture within Utilmate.
Concessions for Tasmania (Australia only)
Concession cards and rates for the state of Tasmania have been added to Utilmate.
Move-in existing customer
We've made it easier for existing customers to add new sites:
- - New self-service option: Customers can now log into My Account and navigate to the Move In page to add additional sites. This replaces the need to use the standard move-in form process, streamlining the experience for returning customers.
This improvement reduces friction and provides a faster, more convenient way to manage multiple sites.
