Work Order Creation Improvements
When a customer moved into a site, Utilmate created both a disconnect and a connect work order. This behavior has been updated:
- Move-in actions: Only a connect work order is now created.
- Move-out actions: (customer- or staff-initiated) A disconnect work order continues to be created.
Additional Enhancement
All meter serial numbers for a site are now included in the work order as comma-delimited text. Previously, only the first returned meter serial number was included.
Account Receivable Balance Improvements
Running Balance
We’ve introduced a "Running Balance" column on the Accounts Receivable → Transaction List screen. This allows users to view the customer’s balance at different points in time, making it easier to track outstanding amounts and payment history.

For our Australian authorised retailers who issue split electricity and water invoices, we’ve introduced an “Electricity Balance” menu option. This allows users to view how a customer’s overdue balance is divided between electricity and other services, providing greater clarity on outstanding amounts.

This change is required due to the Cost of Living rebates, which are designed to apply to electricity invoices only. As a result, when viewing the "Electricity Balance" for customers receiving a rebate, it’s possible to see a large credit balance on electricity alongside a debit balance for other services.

Transfer Adjustments to Another Account
Using the "Transfer Receipt" wizard, adjustments that have not yet been included on an invoice can also be transferred.

Service Site Screen Improvements
Previously, the Site screen had the same layout and fields for all countries Utilmate operates in. This meant that some fields not relevant to certain countries were still displayed. This has now been updated: the Site screen layout and displayed fields are tailored for each country, ensuring users only see the information relevant to their region.
