Ad-hoc Correspondence Attachments Fix
We’ve resolved an issue where postal communications generated through the new bulk send wizard did not include additional PDF attachments.
Customer Dishonoured Payment Communications
New Feature: Automatic dishonoured payment notifications.
If a direct debit payment is dishonoured, Utilmate can generate a letter or email to the customer. To enable this feature, please raise a support ticket.
MyAccount Concession Card Activity (Australia only)
If a customer updates their concession card in MyAccount, Utilmate will create an activity and flag the status as “Requested Validation.” This way, staff are notified of the change and can start the process of validating the card.
Concession Card Centerlink Integration (Australia only)
Concession cards can now be validated through the Centrelink Confirmation eServices Batch Enquiry System (CCeS). The "Requested Validation" concession cards can be exported to a file to be submitted to CCeS Interface for validation.
The validated and rejected cards response file can be imported into Utilmate using the "Upload Files" dialog and selecting the "Import Concession CCeS Validate Response" option. This will update the status of the cards in Utilmate. For rejected cards, open activities will be created against the customer with follow-up action information.
