Journals report improvements
The Journals Report has recently been improved to provide better functionality and usability.
- It has moved from the Credit sub-menu to the Finance sub-menu making it more intuitive for users to locate and access.
- The report is now a detail report, rather than a summary report. Transactions are grouped by Account Code, allowing users to summarise individual transactions efficiently.
- An additional filter, Xero Export Date, has been added. Users can now run the report for a specific accounting period (as before), or a Xero Export Date—ideal for customers who export their journals to Xero weekly.
GL account added to price history report
The GL account for price plan schedules has been added to the price plan history report.

Email dashboard - column reorder
The Email Dashboard screen has been updated to improve visibility and usability by reorganising the column layout. The Email Subject column has been moved earlier on the screen for quicker access and easier reading and the Balances fields have been moved to the far right end of the dashboard.
Save work order completion date
A new field, Completion Date, has been added to Work Orders to track the date when a work order is marked as completed in the system. This will appear as column in the "Work Order" tab in the "Services" tab. This allows for better tracking, reporting, and management of completed work.
Public API update price plan usage rates
A new endpoint has been added to the Ultimate API to allow updates to a price plan’s usage rates. This method will apply a price change by closing the current rate and creating a new rate effective from the specified date.
