Toggle inactive price plans on the price plan screen
Inactive price plans can now be viewed in the CRM by enabling the "Show hidden price plans" toggle the Pricing maintenance screen.
Treatment maintenance screen updates
The Treatments Maintenance screen now displays the correspondence template and/or SMS that will be sent when a treatment step is actioned.
Property Manager forgot password
Property managers can now reset their password using the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen.
Customer alert re-location
The Alert field has been moved from the Finance screen to the Customer Details screen (Residential, Commercial, or Summary, depending on customer type).

Life support screen (Australia only)
Where a Life Support machine is updated for a Life Support customer.
Where there is an existing active Concession Card, that card is also updated with the following details are required. A 'No Card Life Support' concession card is added as usual, where no existing active Concession Card exists:
- Machine Type
- Life Support Start Date
- Life Support Flag = 'Y'
Where a Life Support is deregistered the following details are updated:
- Life Support End Date
- Life Support Flag set to 'N'
