Transaction generation warnings for billing periods (Australia only)

When manually generating transactions for a customer, a warning message will now be displayed if the transactions are expected to pick up unbilled reads or wash-up data that is more than 4 months old (VIC) or 9 months old (all other states).

This warning is informational only and does not prevent the transactions from being generated or invoiced.

Where to Find the Report: The report is available within a customer account:

1. Open the Customer Account.
2. Navigate to Services.
3. Select Re-generate Transactions from the Transaction Actions dropdown menu.

Work order report enhancements

Two new columns have been added to the Work Order Report to improve visibility and auditability:

• Site Identifier – displays the site identifier associated with each work order.
• Insert User – identifies the user who created the work order for non-system-generated work orders.

Account transaction report display update

The Account Transaction report display has been enhanced to improve clarity and traceability. 

• The report now indicates whether transaction exceptions were previously approved for a billing period.
• Transaction grouping has been updated to provide clearer context when multiple invoices are generated on the same day and to better associate reversal transactions with their original invoices. Transactions are now grouped as follows:
  • Not invoiced
  • INV1234 – reversed
  • INV1234 – invoiced

This update improves readability and makes it easier to understand the lifecycle of each transaction within a billing period.

Where to Find the Report: The report is available within a customer account:

1. Open the Customer Account.
2. Navigate to Services.
3. Select Building Price Plan/Offering Report from the Transaction Actions dropdown menu.

Activities management screen update

The Building Code has been added to the Activities Management screen and is now visible when details/notes are hidden.

Building price plan/offering report update

The Building Price Plan Report has been expanded to the Building Price Plan/Offering Report. The report now shows mappings for both price plans and offerings assigned to each building.
