Concessions card response processing (Australia only)
A new Knowledge Base article is now available, providing step-by-step guidance on exporting concession cards for validation and importing the returned response files. The article also includes a link to Centrelink Confirmation eServices to support the setup and use of this process.

Post payment receipts on success only
Instant payments made by customers through MyAccount will now have their transaction receipts updated to Posted once a successful payment confirmation is received from the payment provider.
In most cases, the receipt will be posted at the time of payment. However, if there is a delay (for example, due to internet connectivity issues), the receipt will be marked as posted during the next reconciliation process, provided the payment is successful.
Note: Any receipts awaiting posting will temporarily appear in the Dashboard – Charge, Receipt and Adjustment Approval screen until the reconciliation process runs.
Move out terms and conditions
The MyAccount move-out process now includes an option to display terms and conditions and require customers to confirm they have read and understood them.
Active customer report - phone and state
Phone number and state information has been added to the active customer report.
