Attach PDFs to postal correspondence

On the Dashboard screen, "New and Undelivered Posted Mail", the "Attach" button has been added to allow additional documents to be added to the letter being posted to the customer.

Invoice Reversal customer correspondence

An option has been added to the Invoice Reversal wizard to enable correspondence to be sent to the customer with invoice reversal details.

Moveout confirmation email

Once a customer has completed the move out process in MyAccount, they will be instantly send an email confirming the move out details. Previously, the email was sent the next day.

Attach files to adhoc correspondence

Adhoc corespondence wizard has been enhanced to allow the user to attach additional files to the email sent to the customer.
