Best-offer threshold increased (Victoria, Australia)
Victoria’s savings threshold for displaying best-offer messages has increased from $22 to $50.
2027 public holidays updated
All public holidays in 2027 have been loaded into Utilmate and can be viewed in the Public Holidays maintenance screen.
Updated occupier best-offer comparisons
Occupier customers will now be compared to generally available price plans for other customer types in the same building, based on the site classification of the occupier account.
Best offer report - new
A Best Offer report is now available under Compliance reports, showing each electricity account’s current price plan against the cheapest available plan.
Best offer and customer extract columns added
Four columns have been added to the Best Offer Extract report, and one column to the Customer extract report.
Best Offer extract:
- State
- CustomerCategory: residential, small business, large business, business - usage unknown, or unclassified
- DateCalculated: date the offer was calculated
- IsReferenceUsage: Determines whether historical or reference usage data was used in the calculation
Customer extract:
Price plan change notice report
A Price Plan Change Notice report is now available under Compliance reports in the CRM. It lists the price change notices issued between a selected start and end date, showing each notice's status, issued date, customer, site, state, customer category and the price plan the notice relates to.
