Life support consent captured during CRM move-in wizard
For organisations with life support enabled, operators are now required to obtain and record explicit customer consent when registering a customer for life support during a move-in. A consent step appears in the Move In and New Customer wizards when the customer answers yes to the life support question, displaying the relevant terms and requiring confirmation before the wizard can proceed. Declining blocks the wizard from advancing. The consent is stored in the customer's Consent evidence history, with a time-stamped record of exactly what was shown and agreed to at the time.
Concession Card rates 2026-27 updated (Australia)
Concession Card rates for QLD, SA and TAS - 2026-2027 have been updated in Utilmate. Other Australian states will be updated when they are available.
New Billing Exception Summary Dashboard Card
The CRM dashboard has a new Billing Exception Summary card that lists unapproved billing exceptions grouped by exception type, with counts, buildings, product mix, and total amount. You can filter by building and billing cycle, open a summary row to review individual exceptions, approve selected items, and open account or site details in a new tab. The existing exceptions view under Unbilled Transactions is unchanged.
Changed CHEQUE to Manual Payment
The CRM customer summary header has historically used the term Cheque to indicate that a customer makes payments manually rather than through an automated payment method.
As cheque payments are now uncommon and the terminology is outdated, this label has been updated to Manual Payment to more accurately reflect the customer’s payment method.
Unbilled Consumption Report - New Columns
Two columns, Bill Cycle and Account Status, have been added to the Unbilled Consumption report.
CRM Ezidebit Report Updates
A new version of the Ezidebit Payments Report has been introduced as part of improvements to the Ezidebit reconciliation process. The updated report includes the following changes:
Removed columns: Dishonour Type, Receipt Number, Payment Channel ID, Payment Channel Token, Payment ID, Payment Cust Fee, and Payment Client Fee.
New columns: Payment Method, Payment Method Source, Payment Fee, and Payment Type.
Payment Type: Identifies whether each transaction is a payment or a refund. For refunds, the Receipt Date and Receipt Amount columns display the details of the refund adjustment.
Note: The new report only includes payments reconciled using the new reconciliation process. Payments processed before your company is migrated will not appear in the new report. To view payment records from before the migration, continue to use the existing Ezidebit Payments Report.
