Manually synchronise Xero bank transactions

When manually synchronising bank transactions from Xero in CRM, you can now choose how many days of recent changes to include in the sync. This gives you greater control when refreshing transaction data and makes it easier to retrieve recent updates without performing a full synchronisation. By default, the synchronisation includes transactions updated within the last day.

Building-level control for connection and disconnection work orders

You can now configure the automatic creation of connection and disconnection work orders at the building level.

Move-in connection work orders and move-out disconnection work orders can be enabled or disabled independently for each building, giving you greater flexibility and control over how work orders are generated to suit your operational requirements.

Improved unbilled transactions screen

The Unbilled Transactions dashboard now hides customers with no unbilled transactions by default, making it easier to identify and focus on customers that require action. This reduces on-screen clutter and helps you review outstanding transactions more efficiently.
