Release 2026.10.01
Life support workflow improvements
CRM now provides a clearer, more structured workflow for managing life support registrations, from initial registration through to confirmation or deregistration. These enhancements improve visibility, support timely follow-up and help ensure life support protections remain in place until deregistration has been reviewed and completed.
- Confirmation due date: A confirmation due date is now displayed on the Life Support screen, automatically calculated as 50 business days from the registration date.
- Pending deregistration: Registrations that remain unconfirmed after the due date automatically move to Pending Deregistration, with a scheduled deregistration date assigned. A high-priority CRM activity is also created to prompt users to review the registration.
- Extended confirmation period: A new Extend Life Support Confirmation wizard lets users extend the confirmation deadline by at least 25 business days, providing additional time to obtain confirmation.
- Manual deregistration: Life support is never deregistered automatically. A user must review the account and complete the Deregister Life Support wizard before life support flags are removed and deregistration confirmation is generated.
Important: Life support warning and extension correspondence will only be generated if the relevant correspondence schedules and templates have been configured and activated for your organisation.
MyAccount movement date restriction for building closure
Move-in and move-out forms now enforce date restrictions for closed buildings, preventing users from selecting dates beyond the building’s closure date. Closure dates are set using the Close Building wizard on the Building Maintenance screen.
Error messages with a support reference
When an unexpected error occurs in CRM, MyAccount or the Public API, a general error message will now appear with a unique reference ID. When contacting Utilmate Support, please provide this reference ID so our team can quickly identify and investigate the specific error, helping to resolve issues more efficiently.
Meter import interface - added meter_notes
The Meter Import interface now includes a dedicated meter_notes column for recording meter notes. This replaces the previously used location_of_meter column, which has been removed from the import interface.
AER compliance report review (Australia)
The AER Compliance Report has been reviewed against the latest compliance documentation.
AV-140 — monthly HHR ICP aggregate report (New Zealand)
The report aggregates total monthly kWh for each half-hourly metered ICP for a consumption period. (Section 8.13, Reconciliation Manager Functional Specification).
